Do Good Awards - finalists nominees announced
We are pleased to announce the finalists for the 2017 Alliance Bank® Do Good Awards. Congratulations to the following finalists:
App unavailability
Update (7/11, 12.43pm): we have experienced minimal downtime with the Andorid App and this can continue to be used as per normal.
Update (5/11, 2.12pm): an update for iOS is now available on the App Store - please download and apply this update and you should be able to access the App. For Android users, the App will remain unavailable for some time - updates will be provided as they come to hand.
Please note the SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank App will be unavailable from Sunday 5 November 2017. We are expecting the service to remain unavailable for at least a couple of days.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SERVICE ONE Mutual Limited (the Company) will be held at the Mercure Canberra, corner of Ainslie and Limestone Avenues, BRADDON, ACT on Wednesday 8 November 2017 at 6.00pm (registration will commence at 5.30pm).
2017 Director election - update
In September, nominations opened to fill two vacant positions on the Board. Two eligible nominations were received - Heather Nash and Bruce Papps, therefore no election is necessary.
Update to privacy disclosures
Recently, the Privacy Disclosure Statement was amended to reflect our intention that all references to "we", "us" and "our" in the Privacy Disclosure Statement provided to Members between March 2015 and September 2017 were intended to mean SERVICE ONE and Bendigo Bank unless otherwise stated.
Home loan rate changes announced
SERVICE ONE has announced changes to home loan interest rates that will impact some existing borrowers. Interest-only loans will now be priced differently to principal and interest loans.
Social enterprise development initiatives launched
Earlier today we were delighted to be a part of two exciting new initiatives – the opening of the SERVICE ONE Social Enterprise Hub at the University of Canberra as well as launching the inaugural season of the Mill House Social Enterprise Accelerator program.

ABC program for domestic violence survivors launched
This morning we were honoured to be a part of the launch of a fantastic new initiative – the Assistance Beyond Crisis (ABC) microfinance program that will be offering interest free loans to people who have experienced and left a domestic or family violence situation.

Investment variable rate changes
SERVICE ONE announced a 25-basis point increase to the SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank range of variable rate home loan products for investment purposes.
Change in interest payment date
Please note that all savings (S) products with an annual interest payment frequency (except the Christmas Club Account) will now have interest paid on 30 June and not on 31 May.
