Changes to monthly statement delivery and billing accounts

Please note the monthly statement period will be changing as per below:

Current monthly statement period New monthly statement period
4th of the month until the 3rd of the following month 1st of the month until last day of the month

This change will occur from the end of this month onwards so the next monthly statement will show transactions from the 4th of March until the 31st of March and every month thereafter will be from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. Please note this does not impact Visa credit card (S41) accounts as these accounts have separate statements that are issued mid-month.

Impact on billing accounts

For those Members with billing accounts (overdrafts, Visa card with overdraft attached etc.) that have a monthly minimum payment due, this means that rather than the due date being the 3rd of the next month following the statement production, the minimum payment will be due on the 28th of the month after the date the statement is produced. For instance, the statement prepared on 31 March 2018 will note the minimum payment will be due on 28 April 2018, rather than 3 May 2018.
