Q: I have a transaction I don't recognise - what do I do?
A: If you have a transaction you don't recognise, you need to complete the relevant form and return it to us so we can investigate. Please note if you wish to dispute a transaction on your card, you should do so as soon as possible and in accordance with the timeline for your card. The steps are as follows:
Disputing a transaction
- Print and complete the relevant form based on the type of transaction.
- Download, print and scan any documents and receipts.
- Return the form and documents to us.
- We will investigate and let you know once resolved.
Getting the form back to us
- Hand it in any SERVICE ONE Branch.
- Fax it to us on (02) 6215 7171.
- Email it to us at support@serviceone.com.au.
- Mail it to SERVICE ONE, Locked Bag 1, DEAKIN ACT 2600
