Q: How do I close a SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank account?
A: You can close an account by visiting your nearest Branch or by phoning 1300 361 761.

Before closing your account, please ensure any outstanding cheques have been presented and all periodic payments and direct debits linked to this account (or any cards linked to this account) are cancelled. 

If the account has a credit balance, you will be asked to provide details of where and how you would like the funds disbursed.

If the account has a debit balance, you will need to pay the amoutn plus any accrued charges before closing the account.
