Banking from your smartphone has never been easier with the App

With the SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank App, banking on the go has never been easier, with the everyday transactional functionality you would expect as well as some added extras to help improve your banking experience. If you currently use eLink ON-THE-GO mobile banking you would be familiar with much of the functionality.

Getting started

If you already utilise eLink Internet banking and you have a phone using the iOS or Android operating systems, you're good to go. Simply download the App from either the App Store or Google Play, searching for 'SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank', click on the links below or scan the below QR codes with your phone.

Once you launch the App you'll be prompted to enter your Internet banking login details (so your Member number/username and access code). Once validated, you can then either select a PIN, pattern or fingerprint (if enabled on your phone) for ongoing access to the App. The App uses One-Time Passwords for the same transactions and functions as you currently experience with Internet banking and eLink ON-THE-GO mobile banking.

If you do not currently use eLink Internet banking, you will need to register for this service before you can access the App.

Mobile banking security

You should treat your mobile device the same way as you treat your computer in terms of ensuring it is up-to-date with anti-virus protection and you adopt security measures to minimise the risk of fraud. This has never been more crucial as these devices do more now than simply make phone calls - we access the Internet, send emails, store photos, personal information and contacts and more.

There are many of these devices on the market and they all have different security features, so spend time getting to know how you can make your device more secure. This could include activating the auto-lock feature (so the device locks after a short time of inactivity) or ensuring the device is equipped with the most current anti-virus software.

For extra piece of mind, you may like to consider utilising the Alerts service that can send you either an SMS message or email when certain activity occurs on your account or even your account balance/s at the end of each day. Find out more about the Alerts service.

* May exclude some transactions. Transactions will be displayed once the transaction has been processed. This may take up to five business days.
+ Redraw facility not available.

While there are no additional SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank charges for accessing your accounts through the App, eLink fees and charges still apply. Internet data charges and 'call to us' charges may be incurred through your mobile or Internet service provider - check with these providers for more details.
