Support for those impacted by bushfires

If you've been impacted by the recent NSW and QLD bushfires and have established banking arrangements with SERVICE ONE, we're here to help.

We have a range of disaster assistance measures we can offer, including (but not limited to):

  • home loan and business loan borrowers can apply for relief on loans for up to three months
  • those with existing credit cards can apply for an emergency credit card limit increase
  • discounted interest rates on new personal loans taken out by existing Members
  • waiver of interest rate reduction for early withdrawals on term deposits prior to maturity
  • no loan break costs for borrowers with a fixed rate home loan who use an insurance payment to pay out their loan, and/or
  • Members with existing home and contents insured through CGU Insurance may be able to claim for emergency funds and temporary accommodation costs.

Application of these measures is determined on a case-by-case basis.
