All you need is a rediCARD or Visa card (with an accompanying PIN) linked to a SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank savings account and you can get started. A summary of this service's features is offered below:

Fees  From 1 July 2020, Bank@Post transactions are free for SERVICE ONE Members.
Nationwide access For interstate travellers and those travelling in regional areas, Bank@Post™ offers nationwide on-the-spot banking convenience.

How do you use Bank@Post?

You must have your rediCARD or Visa card linked to the SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank savings account on which you wish to transact. Just present your card and tell the Australia Post staff that you would like to make a Bank@Post™ transaction. Then you need to swipe your card and enter your PIN to begin.
