Extensive Branch network
While many of us are conducting a large proportion of banking electronically these days, sometimes you just need to speak to someone face-to-face. With Branches across Canberra and surrounding NSW (and some even open on weekends), you shouldn't have to travel too far to get to your local Branch.
Members have access to the rediATM network. With more than 3,500 ATMs across the country, access to cash is never far away. rediATM is the second largest ATM network in Australia and by using rediATMs, you can keep your ATM fees to a minimum and avoid direct charge fees.
Our approach to fees
With SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank accounts, there are no account keeping fees. Deposit and loan balances are also used to calculate your Average Relationship Balance, and this is used to determine your monthly Fee Allowance to offset everyday withdrawal fees (refer to the Schedule of Fees and Charges for what constitutes a withdrawal).

Service One Mutual Limited is a customer-owned company owned by, and run for the benefit of, Members. The organisation now provides SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank products and services as an agent of Bendigo Bank through a strategic alliance. SERVICE ONE is part of the Alliance Bank network - mutual organisations determined to make a difference in their respective communities through social enterprise initiatives.
If we look more locally, SERVICE ONE's origins go back more than 50 years in Canberra, South Coast and Snowies regions. We continue to have strong ties with the public service sector, hospitals, universities and regional areas. So while we are a new identity in the marketplace, our origins are well established and we have a thorough understanding of the needs of our Members.
