New website - troubleshooting

Since the launch of the new website earlier in the week, some Members have experienced issues accessing Internet and mobile banking. 

Much of this relates to browsers loading content from our old website and therefore the new Internet banking button (or padlock button on smartphones) is not appearing. As much as we've been assisting Members directly with clearing the cache, with the holiday season approaching and SERVICE ONE's limited trade, we wanted to include some information on our website that might help.

For desktop computers or laptops

This can be as simple as holding down 'Ctrl' and then 'F5', but failing this you may need to go through your Internet browser settings and clear the history.

For iOS (iPhone)

  1. In your browser (Safari) window, select the 'book' icon (bottom of the screen, second from the right).
  2. Select the 'clock' icon (the third item on the right next to the 'glasses' icon).
  3. Select 'Clear' on the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Select 'Today and yesterday'.
  5. Select 'Done' on the top right.

If this doesn't work, you may need to repeat the process and select 'All time' instead of 'Today and yesterday' but this will clear all of your browsing history.

For Android

  1. In the browser window, press the menu settings (for Chrome this looks like three vertical dots).
  2. Select 'Settings'.
  3. Select 'Privacy'.
  4. Select 'Clear Browsing Data'.
  5. Making sure 'Clear the cache' is ticked, select 'Clear Data'.

And for smartphone users who like to use the desktop version of Internet banking, we've now included a fix so when you select the 'padlock' icon you'll see a drop down which will give you two options - 'Mobile banking' to go to eLink ON-THE-GO and 'Desktop banking' to go to desktop eLink Internet banking.

Please be sure to be using the URL serviceone.com.au on all of your devices as this is now our primary URL.
