Community POS

For eligible groups and associations that don’t have a need for ongoing point-of-sale services, SERVICE ONE can offer Community POS terminals, enabling credit and debit card transactions for fundraisers and other activities. A formal request needs to be submitted but general conditions include:

  • for non-profit community, sporting, charitable, cultural associations
  • association must have established membership with SERVICE ONE
  • equipment to be collected and returned to a SERVICE ONE Branch within agreed timeframes
  • association must align with SERVICE ONE’s partnership/sponsorship guidelines
  • for use on a non-ongoing basis only (the occasional fundraiser or annual gala evening for instance)
  • a total of two cordless terminals are available at any one time, and
  • requests are subject to assessment and availability.
