Community Support

Attention: open in a new window. Print

We aim to Do Good by supporting and improving the lives of our Members and the local community. We achieve this through our unique business model which allows us to invest in the local community. Each year we support various sporting, cultural, and charitable organisations. We are also committed to employing locally and providing exceptional service to our Members.

In addition to this corporate support, our staff play an integral role in improving the community in which we all live and work. We are actively involved with various community organisations in our region and every month, staff give back through our Jeans Day program (you may have noticed staff in jeans on Fridays). Money raised is donated to a particular charity each month. Donation tins are now located in Branches for Members who would like to contribute.

SERVICE ONE partners with organisations who share similar philosophies and who are also committed to enhancing the livelihood and well being of the local community through cooperation and reform.

Some of the organisation and associations we currently support:
  • Ainslie Football Club
  • Barnardos
  • Bemboka Show Society
  • Camp Quality Special Children’s Christmas Party
  • Canberra Cavalry
  • Cooma Show Society
  • CUFA
  • Lifeline Canberra
  • Lions Club of Cooma
