Part of SERVICE ONE’s commitment to Members is the delivery of products and services ethically and to a high professional standard. As such, we comply with a number of codes of practice – in particular the Code of Banking Practice and ePayments Code.

Code of Banking Practice

The Code of Banking Practice is the banking industry’s customer charter on best practice standards. The Code sets out key commitments and obligations on standards of practice, disclosure and principles of conduct for the provision of banking services.

ePayments Code

The ePayments Code applies to electronic payments such as ATM, EFTPOS, debit and credit card transactions, online payments, Internet and mobile banking and BPAY transactions.
